Waveform Simulator Problem Quartus II 14.1

I have a course I'm taking that requires us to create a FPGA program and in the assignment we are asked to run the Waveform Simulator. I get through all off it, set my inputs to go high/low at the correctly desired times to simulate all combinations of 0s and 1s. When I attempt to run the Functional Simulation it just stops at a certain point and will not generate the 'report' so I can confirm my boolean truth table. I have attempted a lot of different things to get this to work and can't. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
