Warning Message: Time Limited megafunction while programming the FPGA

Question

While programming the CYCLONE V FPGA, that pop-up window is opening. Please anyone suggest why that warning message.   Please find the attachment.

Hi,   This warning indicates that you are using some licensed IP core.  Which version of NIOS you are using? NIOS/e or NIOS/f ?

I am using NIOS/f version. Will affect my design process. Because i am unable to find elf file.

NIOS/f - is not free, you need to buy license for this version.

Yes, you can but take in mind that NIOS/e does not have some features as NIOS/f such as interrupts, hardware multiply/divide ect.
