The email address we are using is already registered and following the steps can no longer be done, it will prompt that the email address has been registered. Can not proceed to the next step.

Thanks for the feedback, can you try the following steps and provide a screenshot of the error you receive?

Please register for FPGA program by using the below URL:

https://www.intel.com/content/www/cn/zh/my-intel/fpga-sign-in.html?redirect=/content/www/cn/zh/secure/my-intel/dashboard.html

Submit the form by using either of the below form.

https://www.intel.com/content/www/cn/zh/forms/fpga/fpga-individual-registration.html

OR

https://www.intel.com/content/www/cn/zh/forms/fpga/fpga-premier-registration.html
