i want to connect a cmos camera to the video in of de2 board and a monitor to the vga port of the board,so that i can display the video through vga to the monitor.so with video and image processing megacore function is it possible or not.

Regardless of the Camera you are connecting, you can create a displaying channel (using the video sync generator for example). This means that you have to build your own displaying system.
