Using Quartus, Matlab and DSP builder on Linux

Hi,

I need to decide one question. In our team, we need to use Quartus 13.0 + SoC eds tools + DSP buider (and Matlab). Do you recommand PC with Linux os or Windows os? Does anybody have some experience? (Also multiple access to this PC and tools.)
