using 24mhz on board oscillator clock on bemicro CV board

Hi I am using BeMicro CV board for a simple demo . My design uses the 24Mhz clock which is present on board . The reference guide mentions this to be at pin M9. Using quartus software ...

Can you check in the Fitter report to verify the pin is placed to M9? Just in case the assignment has been ignored
