User is unable to access Intel Altera quartus tool from his desktop.

Connections are established. telnet and tracert details gives no error. Fire wall is opened. User is unable to get licenses. No restriction in options file. raised Case num:04444113 on Dec3rd. Need quick reply at the earliest as its show stopper for user.

    Can you share the info below:

    1. license.dat file
    2. screenshot of Tools >License Setup
    3. output of lmutil lmstat -a -c <port>@<hostname>
