USB Mouse Interfacing

I want to interface an USB mouse with my DE2-35 board and draw something in the monitor with the mouse pointer. I have configured the VGA module and it is working fine. But, how can i interface the usb mouse using verilog code? My whole project is written in verilog, and I do not understand/know VHDL or Nios. Need urgent help.
