USB Blaster wont show up in SignalTap for Quartus 11

I have installed SignalTap from Quartus II 11.0 on a "new" Windows XP computer and installed the drivers to the USB blaster from the created program folder.

The USB blaster show up correct in the Windows device manager, but it won't show up in SignalTap.

I have it working on another computer, but this is running SignalTap from Quartus 10.1.

Has anyone seen this problem? Suggestions?

    yes, i've reported this issue to Altera. i had to uninstall the USB Blaster driver, install 10.1sp1 Stand Alone Programmer, and install the 10.1sp1 USB Blaster driver. i ended up using the 10.1sp1 programmer, so i'm not sure if the Blaster shows up in 11.0
