USB blaster on university network

Hi, I have problem connecting USB blaster to university computer. The programmer doesn't recognize the JTAG connection. When I try to connect I get error 82, When I try to do what I saw oth...

Make sure that it works on normal connection (JTAG) then test it on JTAG server.

Also make sure that the firewall is disabled
