14 years agoError 82 means that the client was unable to connect to the server, or the server returned a response which was unexpected.
Both jtagconfig and server work without licences, so that isn't the issue. If the network blocks or interferes with TCP port 1309 then that would cause this error. Please fix that first. You should be able to telnet to port 1309 - the server will send you one line of text and then switch into binary. From your post I'm not sure of exactly your connectivity. You presumably have one machine where you are running jtagconfig, and another (maybe the same) machine which has the USB-Blaster attached and where you are running jtagserver. Please explain: 1. Are you on windows or Linux? 2. Does running jtagconfig on the same machine the USB-Blaster is connected to work? If not then fixing this first is the best idea. 3. If you are running jtagconfig on a different machine then is port 1309 open? Thanks
