Several customers installed the Quartus 19.1 or 20.1 ,but got an error when trying to install the driver for the USB Blaster. When they usd the driver provided with Quartus 18.1, they could bypass the error.
May I know why they encounter this problem ?

I think 1 of the reason is due to the expiration of the digital signature certificate. You may follow the steps at link below:
