USB Blaster Driver from Quartus Prime not working on Windows 10

Hi All,

I am using just the USB-Blaster Driver from Quartus Prime.

The primary mode of application for the USB Blaster is to run JTAG tests, that is done by a 3rd Party Vendor. The driver version used is 2.12.0 (packaged with Quartus 17.0).

So, when I try to run the tests on Hardware on Windows 10, it just crashes the system and causes reboot. I would appreciate any insight on this.
