Upgrade Quartus 17.0 to Quartus 18.0 issue

Hi everyone, I have a problem with Quartus 18.0 standard version. If I compile my project on Quartus 17.0 it needs about 75 minutes, on the other hand after the upgrade to 18.0 standard version...

Hi Anand,

I'm trying to file a service request but I can't. Everytime I submit the request appearing the message "We are unable to complete the transaction. Please try again later"
