Upgrade IP (t)error, when using two (different) instances of the LPM_compare

Hi,

No matter how many instances of an IP you have, the IP upgrade tool will have to upgrade only the main IP component. This will reflect throughout the design where ever the same IP is instanced again. You may want to close and restart Quartus tool after the IP upgrade and check again.
