Unable to open Transceiver Toolkit

Hello! I can not find the Transceiver Toolkit GUI in the quartus prime pro 21.2 software. There is just the System Console and the External Memory Interface Toolkit at Tools -> System Debugging ...

Are you still not able to open the transceiver toolkit? Can you try to redownload and reinstall Quartus?
