Unable to Download QuestaSim - Intel FPGA Edition (includes Starter Edition) Part 2

Hello, is anyone else having trouble downloading QuestaSim - Intel FPGA Edition (includes Starter Edition) Part 2? I never get the option to save the download. Thank you Joe
