Unable to checkout a license for Intel FPGA

I am currently using Quartus 21.1 Lite Edition and I believe there is a name change of ModelSim-Altera to Questa Intel FPGA. Furthermore, there is no such directory as C:\intelFPGA\16.1\modelsim_ase\...
