Altera_ForumWrite it yourself. It is not that hard and will be a good learning experience. Then if you have specific issues present them for consideration.

You can do that by creating a new BSP design from template.
No need to code anything, but as mentioned above, it's not suited to get yourself experienced with the tool. - Altera_Forum
You can add a UART to your QSYS system. It's possible to add one if you aren't using QSYS but harder to do.
