Type of license for Quartus Prime, Embedded IP Suite, Development Software Arm DS

I am planning to buy some licenses of Intel's FPGA design tools:

  • SW-ONE-QUARTUS: License for Quartus Prime (Standard & Pro)
  • IPS-EMBEDDED: License for Development Software Embedded IP Suite
  • ESW-DS-FIX : License for Intel Development Software Arm DS for Intel SoC FPGA

Could you please tell me: these license are perpetual or annual?

    Welcome to Intel forum. Based on my understanding, Intel SW-ONE-QUARTUS License is Perpetual with annual review.

    IPS-EMBEDDED (Nios® II Embedded Design Suite) included with all QUaetus edition and no additional licenses are required.

    ESW-DS-FIX( Intel® SoC FPGA Embedded Development Suite (SoC EDS)) Requires additional licenses for Arm* Development Studio for Intel® SoC FPGA (Arm* DS for Intel® SoC

    FPGA)
