Trying to boot from QSPI but having issues generating Preloader

I am trying to boot up the Altera DE1 Cyclone V SoC board from the QSPI and I am trying to follow tutorials online but whenever the open up the bsp editor it looks like this

Now when I open up the nios 11 command shell i have to insert the command nios2-bsp-editor.exe instead of bsp-editor because that one doesn;t work, and when i try to click on new nios 11 bsp (because new HPS BSP is grayed out) i get the window

instead of preloader settings directory it says SOPC file information and when I try to generate the preloader after following the tutorial i get these errors

Someone please help me!
