Transceiver Toolkit and Cyclone IV

We are starting to evaluate the ALTGX transceivers of the Cyclone IV FPGAs. There are some examples with CPRI and PCIe for instance, but no basic examples. Where can we find some basic examples which are ready to run on an evaluation board?

We checked the Altera Transceiver Toolkit and all examples were for Stratix and Aria devices. Does the transceiver toolkit work with Cypress IV devices when we assemble our own SOPC block? It would be even better to find some ready to run examples.

It would be great to get some more information on some basic examples and evaluation options for the GX transceivers in the Cyclone IV devices.
