The problem with Start Compilation

Dear Experts,

I try to compile the project, but I get messages :

Info: You have a valid up-to-date license

Error: Selected feature of TimeQuest Timing Analyzer is not available with your current license, or license does not exist

Info: You have a valid up-to-date license

Error: Current module quartus_asm ended unexpectedly

Error: Quartus II Full Compilation was unsuccessful. 2 errors, 0 warnings

I use Quartus 10.1 Web Edition. In the site of altera said : "Beginning with version 8.1, a license file is no longer required for this or future versions of Quartus® II Web Edition software."

Please, tell me what I do wrong?

Looks like you're using some TimeQuest feature that is not available with Web Edition.

It is strange since TimQuest results fully supported in web edition.

    Can you provide info regarding:

    QII version

    Operating System

type of project (does it include a .sdc file?)

If you have only bdf files and it's not compiling it's not normal.

Can you post the archived project, or at least a minimal part the shows the error?

I reinstall Quartus on computer, but it didn't help. After I installed Quartus on another PC and it began to work correctly. Operating system the same. I don't know the reason why it happen. The project was simply D-trigger.

    Thank you for help.

I tried to attach file, but I am not able to post links until my post count is 5.

It is clearly an installation problem.

Search the forum for help on this (there are many threads).

If this fails you have to file a Service Request (SR) on altera mysupport website.

They usually solve this kind of problems.
