Stratix III ALTDLL, ALTDQ, and ALTDQS megafunctions

Question

Hi:

Right now I try to generate Stratix III ALTDLL, ALTDQ, and ALTDQS megafunctions using QuartusII 8.0, but no success. Does anybody know where to get Stratix III ALTDLL, ALTDQ, and ALTDQS design sample project on the Altera website?
