Updated snippet from the sdc: 

set_clock_groups -asynchronous 
  .... other clocks
  -group  
  -group 
set_clock_groups -exclusive 
  -group  
  -group  
  -group

Doesn't that cut gxb_refclk, ClkA and ClkB?
