SoC EDS 15.0.1 environment variable QUARTUS_ROOTDIR is incorrect

I installed SoC EDS 15.0.1. I don't know if this is causing me any problem, but the environment variable QUARTUS_ROOTDIR is set incorrectly to C:\Altera\15.0\quartus. Quartus is in C:\Altera\15.0\qprogrammer, then under that is bin32 and bin64, don't know if you need those. I thought this might be causing a problem with Connection Browser in DS-5, but changing the env variable did not fix my problem.
