Smart comilation never works !!

I have noticed that Smart Compilation no longer seems to kick in.

If I compile a design, then compile it again straight away, Quartus does a full recompile :mad:.

I'm running 11.1sp1 under Ubuntu 11.04 32bit.

Any ideas ?

    i've come to ignore that the feature even exists. in the end i find it best to re-run the entire compilation 90% of the time

    if you really want to skip steps during compilation, run tasks from Processing > Start > ...
