simulating altpll_reconfig

Hello,

I'm trying to debug my altpll_reconfig/pll setup in ncverilog, but I cannot find the altpll_reconfig module in the altera_mf.v file (or anywhere else for that matter).

If you've been able to simulate the altpll_reconfig/altpll in ncverilog, I'd appreciate hearing how you did it!
