SignalTapII and NIOSII processor

Is it possible to use SinalTapII with NIOSII processor with Quartus 9.1 or 10.0 web ? It's appeared the "OpenCore Plus Status" which blocks QuartusII to work with SignalTapII. Thank you.

Tools > Options > EDA Tool Options

set the path to the ModelSim-AE aloem-something-or-other directory

then read about NativeLink:
