Signaltap standalone v18.0 and up has no icons!

I've used the standalone programmer install in our labs before, but since v18.0.0 when I open signaltap everything works except I have no icons! Has anyone else experienced this? If so, do you have ...

I could able to replicate the issue you faced & observed that there are no icons.
