signal Tap triggering issues

Hi,

While monitoring signals through STP ,after giving triggering condition to reset signal (which hardware button), STP showing waiting for trigger only .But for other projects its happening ?what is the issue?

    Can you provide more detail? If the logic analyzer is running properly and not triggering, then the trigger condition you've specified is not occurring in your running design.
