Signal Tap causing Quartus to crash

I've recently upgraded to Quartus Standard Edition v21.1. I've noticed that when using Signal Tap, if I try to add State machine nodes, this will cause Quartus to crash and generate an error report. ...

Same exact issue for me - I just tried updating to 21.1.1 from 21.1.0, and still trying to add state machine nodes crashes Quartus.

Is there any update on this?
