New ContributorI want to launch "new License Assistant" in "Self Service Licensing Center"
In "Intel FPGA Software Installation and Licensing" pdf , it say you can use new license Assistant on the bottom right corner of every page. But it say "offline" on the bottom right corner of my web page (as my attachment).
How to launch "new license assistant"?
