selecting Stratix 10 GX 10M largest FPGA in Quartus

If you have a recent version of Quartus and have installed the Stratix 10 device package (.qdz), you should be able to select any supported device. Check your device selection filters in Quartus to make sure you're not filtering out "Advanced" devices if you're not seeing the device listed.
