Script for archive project and clear other file

Hi all,

have you somebody some script or some tools, which browse all directories (in which the altera projects are) and run qar, which make archive file from all necessary files, and after this run some clear, which delete all other files except .qar file ?

I have a lot of project and many of these i dont need in "unzip" state with sources files, reports, bitstreams, backups etc.
