rx_clkout and tx_clkout are not proper after dynamic reconfiguration. What is going bad?

In my design, 3 different profiles are present 1Gbps, 10Gbps and OTU2E. When 1Gbps profile is default (profile 0), clocks are fine (125 MHz) but if 10Gbps profile is default and 1Gbps profile is dynamically reconfigured, rx_clkout and tx_clkout are not correct (62.5 MHz instead of 125 MHz) . Any help will be appreciated.
