New ContributorWe have a 'Protocol IP - University' licence that expires 31 December 2019. The existing licence file we have has an expiry of 5 December 2019. When I generate a new licence file from the Self-Service Licensing Center it generates a file with the expiry being today's date, which is unusable.
How do we request a licence renewal? We've emailed psg.university@intel.com and had no reply.

New ContributorAAbd told us in a PM to use the University Program donation request page. This page previously said the system would be down 18th December to 6th January. It now says it'll be down 3-4 weeks.
We can't do any work until we have a new licence. How do we request one?
