Remove recent files/projects

Dear all, How can I clear Quartus' recent files and recent projects menus? Thanks in advance.

You don't need to delete the entire settings file.

Open the quartus2.qreg file in a text editor and delete the lines beginning with: 


Quartus_UI_Framework\quartus.exeMRUFiles=
Quartus_UI_Framework\quartus.exeMRUProjects=
Quartus_UI_Framework\Last_Project_Open=

Deleting those lines will clear the list for recent files, recent projects, and last project open respectively.
