Recently a machine that was used for synthesis in Quartus Prime Pro gone and we switched to another machine. However, the license file stopped working: Error(119013): Current license file does not support the 10AS066H3F34I2SG device.

Transferring a License File to Another Computer implies the same user on Intel site, right?

If so, then the procedure does not work for us, since the person the license was registered on and the computer are gone.

We only have license file left.

Please, help to resolve.
