Reading a .qpx file in Quartus II without subscription license

Hi,

To keep my design files private for security reasons, I want to use a Quartus II Exported Partition file (.qxp) to create a post-fitting netlist without including any source design files. These incremental compilation features require a full Quartus II subscription license.

My question is: Are those .qpx files readable without a Quartus II full licence ? Can we continue working on the project with a .qpx file?

Many thanks,

Florian

You need the license for the .qxp file, whether to import or export. Otherwise, it serve you no purpose.

You need license for the *.qxp file for import and export because user will not able to read the content of it.
