http://www.altera.com/literature/lit-max2.jsp and the MAX II UFM guide: http://www.altera.com/literature/ug/ug_alt_ufm.pdf‎ Note that the MAX II flash has 100 programming cycles (see the Programming/Erasure Specifications in the handbook). Depending on your read/write/erase requirements, you might be better off using an SPI flash or Microwire EEPROM. Cheers, Dave
