Read data contents on ROM

Hi guys. I am having problem with my project. I have used lpm_rom for my design. My lpm_rom contents data of my image. And now I dont know how to read the data on ROM. Kindly help me. Thanks

Counters are in just about every basic VHDL tutorial.

And to display it on a monitor, you'll need a controller for all the VGA timings (again, lots of counters)
