RAM TYPE list is not available in SignalTab II Logic Analyzer

The version of Quartus II is v13.1.178 or v13.1.162. When I open SignalTab II Logic Analyzer, I found that RAM TYPE list is gray and defaults to Auto, I can not choose the specific RAM. Can anyone tell me that how to fix it? Thank you!
