Question: License expiration

I would like to ask you about License expirtaion.

I contracted with the vendor for the following licenses.

The maintence contract expiration date is 2023/3/31.

However, the license expiration is 2023/2/3 as per attachment.

Could you please reset it to 2023/3/31 ?

Intel® FPGA IP IP-NIOS, Intel® Quartus® Prime Software SW-ONE-QUARTUS,

    Upon checking, Quartus activation codes (LAC): 2C35ND01863 is invalid. Kindly reconfirm.

    Besides, can you provide the license file with screenshot of which feature is having wrong expiration date?

    Checking done. Regrettably, license exp is auto generated by system and it cannot be changed. You can renew it yearly Self-Service Licensing Center.

    # 12. Q. I have an EXPIRED: ModelSim-Intel FPGA Edition software license.

    A. The ModelSim-Intel FPGA Edition software license expires 12 months after the date of purchase. Every 12 months you must regenerate your license file on the Self-Service Licensing Center page to renew your license for the specific ModelSim-Intel FPGA Edition software version that you purchased. You can find more information in the ModelSim-Intel FPGA software reference page.
