Question about using CLKCTL megafunction

Hi,

If I use Altera's CLKCTL IP to put a clock source generated by internal logic on the global network, will it be as good and stable as a real global clock(minimum skew, etc)?

    Yes, it will be routed with low-skew. There will be skew between it and other clock domains due to the logic, but they is often managable.
