Questa License Issue

Hi,

Im having trouble trying to get Questa to load - License issue - I installed Quartus and realised I did not need to download Questa, as it came with the Quartus package - so I just went to get license file, but no luck. Tried all the usual suggestions and checked environment variable, but no go.

My license files do not look correct either - I've generated a few, but they sometimes seem empty and other times have a notice "300 Your contract does not allow you to use this license type.: u" line in there.

Is the issue with me, my account settings (new account) or with the software/laptop?

Any help greatly appreciated as I've never used Questa and wanted to take a look - failing that its back to model sim.
