Questa*-Intel® FPGA Edition Registration Issue

We were part of the university program under Altera. Unfortunately, those licences were removed from our account. New replacement licenses (Questa*-Intel® FPGA Edition - Eval25) were given. But we have no way or instructions to activate them.
