QuartusII prime standard edition and win7 ultimate SP1

Hi to all. I have a installation problem with Quartus prime standard and win7 ultimate sp1. I get an error of compatibility (see pictures). Can you help me?

If i install the pro version of Quartus Quartus_Prime_Pro_15.1.0.185 ,i have not problem..

it is possible that the standard file is corrupted?
