QuartusII 10.0 installation problem

How to install v10.0 software under Windows XP:

1. run v10.0 software installer (for example 10.0_quartus_windows.exe) and choose a suitable destination folder for unpacking (for example g:\Tmp). Cancel the further installation when the files are unpacked.

2. run command line installer :

g:\Tmp\10.0_quartus_windows\altera_installer\bin\altera_installer_cmd.exe -i quartus -s g:\Tmp\10.0_quartus_windows -t d:\Altera

(in accordance with "Altera Software Installation and Licensing" guide, table 3. altera installer command-line arguments)

You can see installation activity in the Task Мanager.

Repeat these operations for all software that you are interested in.
