Quartus works on Arch Linux but not all links on the "Home" page work nor on the Help menu. These are links like "Compare Editions", ..., "What's New", and "Notifications." What system variables need to be defined?

Actually Arch Linux don`t have full support to the Quartus tool so I would like to recommend you, use one of the operating system recommend in below table,
